An online consultation entitles the patient to a virtual meeting with Dr Ajay Varun Reddy MS; MCh (Surgical Oncologist), on a predecided date and time that both the parties have agreed upon.

Rescheduling is permitted only once, kindly inform a day prior for any changes in the date and time of the appointment. Any last-minute changes will not be permitted.

An appointment once made, cannot be cancelled, and no refunds will be provided.

A free rescheduling will be provided if any of the parties face a technical lag.
